Singha Tham began in Nakhon Ratchasima with the recognition that many individuals — particularly those approaching or already in retirement — face real difficulty understanding their pension entitlements and knowing what steps to take when problems arise.
Our founding practitioners came from a background in civil and employment law, and observed that the pension area was often handled too briefly within larger general practices. People were left with summaries when they needed explanations, and with referrals when they needed someone to walk alongside them. Singha Tham was set up to be that practice — one that takes time, explains carefully, and charges fairly.
Based on Mittraphap Road in the heart of Nakhon Ratchasima, we serve individuals and families across the region. English-language support is available throughout, which means that clients from outside Thailand — including expatriates and overseas pension holders with Thai connections — can work with us directly without needing an intermediary.
